About Billie Harvey Memorial Fund, Inc

We are a non-profit organization listed in Ireddell County, in the state of North Carolina that honors, Billie Harvey, the former stock car driver and lifelong supporter of racing and charities.  The goal of this organization is to raise and receive money with the purpose of distributing the funds to charitable organizations to honor his memory.  The donations we receive go to a race in his honor once a year at New Smyrna Speedway and we donate extra funds in his hame to other charities.

At this time we are now donating time and materials to make equipment for Race To Walk.  Race To Walk is a fitness, health and community center for people living with paralysis.  As we grow we look forward to helping others charities.
